We are a family oriented building but welcome responsible adults looking for a nice quiet getaway.

Rates below do not include the required damage/hold security deposit ($350.00-$500.00),
applicable cleaning fee ($135.00), pet fee ($40.00 per day per pet), 7.5% accommodation tax,
or the extra guests ($60.00 per guest per night for over four for non related guests (up to two additional).

PLEASE NOTE: The State of Delaware recently passed into law to charge an additional 4.5% on all short term rentals.
This will be on top of the 3% currently charged by Dewey Beach. This goes into effect January 1, 2025.

Senior Week is a full week only and requires signed notarized parental signatures!!

We only rent full weeks during July and August. Weekends available March, April, May, June, September, and October.

All rates quoted are up to four people with an additional charge of 60.00 per day for each additional guest for non related groups.

This apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people including children!! We only rent for full weeks
during July and August UNLESS we have last minute availability.

Since our week runs Saturday to Saturday, no weekend rentals are available during July and August.
We do have a three night minimum for rentals during the week and weekends in the months other than July and August.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25
WITHOUT NOTARIZED PARENTAL SIGNATURES

We are dog friendly for well behaved completely housebroken (non marking)dogs. Dogs must be up to date on all shots,
be on a monthly flea treatment, and be non aggressive with NO history of ever biting people or animals.
We do have a dog fee of $40.00 per day per dog.

CANCELLATIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!
TRIP INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED IF THIS IS A POSSIBILITY!!

We are closed October 31, 2025 until March 21, 2026.
