This apartment will sleep 6 comfortably not including infants.

This beautiful two bedroom air conditioned second floor apartment has been
completely renovated. The living room and the kitchen have
new laminate flooring.

The living room comes fully furnished with a very comfortable queen size
wicker sleeper sofa, a microfiber sofa, rattan end tables and
wicker coffee table, and color tv.

This apartment has that quaint cottage feel complete with the faux windows
that open up the living room to the hallway.

The sliding glass doors in the living room open to the spacious balcony.
This is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or breakfast, or just
relaxing and enjoying a good book.

The dining area has a rattan table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with custom made one of a kind cabinets
It has a full size self cleaning gas stove, new side by side refrigerator with icemaker,
new Bosch dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dishes, pots and
pans, silverware and anything else you might need. We even furnish a
cork screw!! There is accent lighting in the kitchen over the cabinets that give this a very
romantic glow.

This romantic bedroom features a wicker style bedroom suit from Pier 1 Imports with a
double bed, dresser, and bedside table. This is a bright and cheerful
room!!

The front bedroom comes complete with a wicker full size bed &
vintage dresser.
The nautical bedside table features a shell style lamp.There is also
a large walkin closet in the hallway.

There is also a large newly renovated bathroom with new glass door round shower stall,
pedestal sink, and toilet.

The spacious balcony has a lovely loveseat, chairs, and a coffee table which are perfect for having
your morning coffee, breakfast, or just relaxing on.

From the balcony you can sit in the shade and see the backyard picnic area. There is usually a nice ocean breeze so it is comfortable.

Each apartment also has full use of our two new outdoor showers with hot and
cold water, our picnic area with two picnic tables complete with umbrellas,
chairs as well as a three chaises for lounging, and two gas barbeque grills.
